1. 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email contactus@grahamboot.shop within 30 days of delivery.
- Return Approval: We’ll review your request and email a prepaid return label (U.S. customers only).
- Ship Back: Send the item to:

Note: Unauthorized returns (sent without prior approval) will not be accepted.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Contact us immediately at contactus@grahamboot.shop if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- Include photos and your order number for faster resolution.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Final Sale Items: Clearance or discounted products.
- Custom Orders: Personalized or made-to-order apparel.
- Gift Cards.
5. Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving your return.
- Method: Refunds go to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

6. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges.
- To swap an item, return the original product and place a new order on our WooCommerce store.
7. EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel the order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must meet the same eligibility criteria above.
